Originally, the term "Dinée" was used to designate the inn where you stopped to eat during a journey. The "Dinée" had to be the same height as the "coucher".
A gastronomic restaurant nurtured by the creativity of its Chef, La Dinée du Viguier in Figeac offers seasonal cuisine inspired by local produce. Gourmets and connoisseurs are welcomed to savour the flavours in the newly refurbished guards' room of the château.
Jérémy Chaineux has been the new Chef at La Dinée du Viguier since 2023. Very attached to the land and its riches, the Chef creates local cuisine using local produce. He offers you the very best of South-West gastronomy. A lover of nature, he is very attached to the produce.
